My friends and I hit Chicago and Chicago hit back. Like my cousin said, if you don't like Chicago weather, just wait awhile and this weekend was the whole spectrum of Midwestern weather. Nevertheless, the people were amazing. They are friendly, optimistic, rugged, patient, knowledgeable, and full of perseverance. Have I mentioned friendly? Our tour guide through the city represented all of the above and more. The people definitely made the Chicago sparkle and that's why it's my favorite city. Chicago also has the best variety of foods and outdoor activities.
