The cash for clunker money should have been given to automobile companies to incentive buyers to change gas guzzlers to more gas-efficient cars. Instead, we may be in for economical tremors in the US automobile business. How is another way that government giving money out going to jump start the economy? More importantly, change consumer behavior. Sometimes, listening to a businessman is just a good idea.
