problem gaps
Complaints and blame occur when there is a gap between what is needed and what can be provided and either party doesn't move more toward the middle.
Just read a case analysis of someone being ripped apart because he was a consensus-building leader. I think one's culture also has to do with how much consensus is required as a leader. Unfortunately, no rule books are given when you pass through customs. Vroom-Jago would suggest that different times would call for different types of decision making. I'm pretty definite that neither consensus-building or decisive leader types would affect the bottom line by itself.
