being true
There is something contagious about being around people who enjoy themselves, whether it's their work, their hobbies, or their families. Those whose work becomes their lives also deprive themselves of the anchors that make them appealing to work with and trust. Being true to yourself means all parts of you, not only the part that brings you the greatest satisfaction.
On another topic, trust is such an commodity at work, why do people destroy it so easily especially managers. I've learned that managers probably also have the hardest time rebuilding it, that's why they borrow so much from others.
Lately, I'm also been exploring some of the local philantropic interests. There always seems to be new to see and do around where I am.
