horrible service

I called Verizon to check on my order today. They shipped the modem to the wrong address. An incorrect address I had told them about in my last conversation with them. They asked me to call back tomorrow to fix it. BTW, I would have to wait until the end of the month for my order. So, I just cancelled my order.

Like a professor once said, we vote for which companies to survive by our purchases. I say, somebody else can do a better job. As for me, back to Cox I go.
