different languages

There is something comforting about a person using their native language in conversations with you. I think it means that they have a certain comfort level with you.

In some of my conversations with others, I sometimes speak their language while they speak English. It helps for both of us to practice our respective languages. In other cases, I have to stop because explaining something in another language is very taxing and a lot of work.

I think being aware of global communications is the first step in understanding the changing world we live in. We now need to establish some global etiquette.
