Google

Google is still one of my favorite companies. They just released v2.0 of the Google Desktop (Slashdot). I don't like the idea of another browser but I've like v1.0 Google Desktop just fine. It's always about how you use the tool that is important.

Hmm.. MRI detects diabetes. One less prick is always good.

Applications need to consider handling large files. Justin Chapweske's hall of shame. I remember one Access web project that was a nightmare because of db size. Anyways, no growing small company should be on an Access-based application. Developers need to understand the limits of the tools they build.
