developer gender

In my six years in the IT industry, I have finally had the chance to work with a woman programmer. In our negotiating classes, we found that women are more likely to be bridge build across cultures and groups. In developers, women are more likely to talk through their problems while men once they find the answer to a particular IT problem want to be left alone. Not all women work like this but when you find women who do, they could potentially be awesome developers.
